My name is Phyllis L Jackson, Owner of Uniquely40, LLC, with MS EVA as a Division.   I have been a Virtual Assistant for 8 years, but have worked as an Administrative Assistant for over 20 years. This site is dedicated to our subcontracting team. Our Team assembled here are proficient as Virtual Assistant’s.  Our job is to help the client grow their business with out the headache of running the front or back office.

Meet my niece Carmen, she is one of the Lead Virtual Assistants.  Her main function is to give the subcontractor/freelancer their assisgnments.  She also contact the clients and update them on their ongoing project. Any problem between a client and a Virtual Assistant, Carmen  is your go to person.

Meet my sister Debra, she is the second Lead Virtual Assistant.  Her main function will be to handle the   invoicing. She  interact with the clients concerning invoicing and voiding of contract if payment is not received.  She also make sure  each Virtual Assistant is tracking their time and billing the clients accordingly.

Meet my sister Pat.  She has her Nursing Degree from Long Island University in New York City and works at her profession daily.  Her job is to look over any medical project/task before the team agrees to the project. She will then work closely with our medical clients to make sure their needs are being met.

Gwenn has a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science and after working almost 10 years in various Business Process Outsourcing Companies, she decided to work from home full time as a Virtual Assistant in 2009.  Since then she harnessed her skills in the different facets of virtual assistance from administration to SEO and blogging.
